Healthy Social Behaviors: Opening up: Many of us tell others that they should open up but most of us don't apply it to our own life's. Opening up is a good thing most of the time when it's used correctly. An example would be when you are overwhelmed from school work you can open up to your teacher and inform them about how you feel and ask for help. Trusting: this is difficult for everyone because once you experience betrayal you don't believe everything a person says. that is when you like being around someone but don't want to trust them because you don't want what happened to you before happen again. Forgiveness: Besides forgiving others we forget to forgive our self's. We blame our self's multiple times a day. Forgiving yourself and moving on will help you forgive others and do better on yourself.
Mental Health plan: Write everything down: A lot of thoughts go through our heads bad or good. Many of us don't understand our own thoughts or we overwhelm our self's with them. That is why it is better to write them down so you can go through them later on. Reflect: Later on when you go through your thought's written down now you can work out solutions or reach out to someone to look at what they did for solutions. Once you reflect it is less likely for you to go through that thought again prepares you makes you stronger. Apply: Once you do that you can apply it to your life let's you cross a barrier and move on from that spot. Now that you understand that thought you know how to get better at processing.
Physical Health plan: Running: I run daily because of wrestling this has helped me open up more and push myself out there. Doing physical movement everyday just shows you what your body is capable of. Not only that it tires your body in of to the point you wont have a problem for sleeping anymore. Eating well: You will be surprised from simply removing sweets, soda, and snacks can do to your life. Eating your natural sweets like fruit eating your meats nuts and such. Give you a sense of self care. Eating better not only makes you eat better but feel better also. It will definitely be difficult but it will be worth it you will see a difference in your life. Sports: I recommend everyone to join a sport or club but simply joining something like this can help you touch every topic. You meet people see there point of views and communicate with them. Helps you know your weaknesses and helps you enforce in those areas.
